Experience our innovative CoLiving, Live/Work residential and immersive events spaces designed to empower collaborative creativity groups within our membership collective.
We began our journey in 2020, as digital nomads at the intersection of architecture, real estate, niche creative communities, blockchain and circular production.
Inspired by the concept of DAOs, the Moloch Whitepaper and The Cyberwitch Manifesto. We launched our first CoLiving and events space; Yogabox in the Haringey Artist Village. Very quickly our success lead to the growth of more community governed spaces totaling 12,000sq ft across East London.
Regen Pools

All community regeneration projects need a shared goal towards sustainable abundance in a creative niche.
DAO members can submit proposals to the network for collective governance projects.
If the vote is successful then a community pool is opened up within the DAO treasury, specifically for the crowdfunding of that project. -
Community ReFi (Regenerative Finance) Pools are opened on the project staking page for collective crowdfunding.
Each pool fund will have an project investment target, a project governance allowance and rewards within the wider DAO ecosystem. -
Once the ReFi pools have reached target execution funds, the team will be given access to carry out the specific building purchase, renovation or event/product development with the funds.
Once running the profits from the venture will fed back to the staking pool, with the vesting curve set by the community.
